With my years of experience in a call center environment, accounting background, technical training and diverse education, I would make an ideal candidate for this position.

In my role as a senior level support and training specialist, I had the honor of collaborating with teams from various departments and positions. I have found in order to provide the highest level of customer support, it is vital to understand the product from start to finish. By knowing the products, deploying technology and applying analytics, I was able to provide 1000’s of clients with solutions for optimal business operation. The key to finding long term solutions is figuring out what they want the end result to be and then finding the root of a problem. I am devoted to providing customer satisfaction and stand by the belief that there is always a workable solution. Initially taking the time to ask questions and discuss their concerns seems unnecessary but in the long run finding solid solutions and providing proper client training that enables them to be self-sufficient which reduces the need for client support.

After 15 years at my previous place of employment, I decided to go back to college because I have a passion for knowledge and learning. I started at the very bottom and ended at the highest level in support and training. I believe in the strength of a team and that each person plays a key role in the company’s success. Even though I was assigned all the difficult conversions and large complex accounts, I took first level support calls whenever someone was needed to fill in or cover breaks. Every client interaction taught me something that I could use to improve my skills and ensure clients were receiving superior customer service.
