I am a Master’s of Science in Investment Management at the Fox School of Business of Temple University student, and will graduate in May 2017, with an undergraduate degree in Business Management and Economics. My prior work and internship experience in sales & trading, and equity research and valuation qualify me to be a productive member at UBS in the Equity Research department.

Through John Soss, a former Managing Director of Structured Finance and Derivatives at UBS, I recently learned about current the Equity Research Associate position.

I have a solid background in Economics and Finance and have completed many projects dealing with real estate valuation and management, corporate asset and fixed income valuation, private equity valuation and modeling, and financial econometrics. Through my intern experience as a Sales and Trading intern in the Latin American investment banks of Grupo Aval and BCT Valores, I gained exposure and on-hands experience of stock pitching and equity valuation. Along with my broad experience, I bring great communication and teamwork skills and extensive knowledge of technology systems such as Bloomberg, Excel, Stata and SAS Analytics.

My academic foundation in Business Management and Finance, combined with my interest and enthusiasm for the sector and my knowledge of the financial markets from my academic background and internship has prepared me to contribute in this position. In addition, I was a two-sport scholar athlete, speak three languages and have written a book of 112 poems called Jepecolom.
