I currently work for the Indiana Department of Revenue as managing director of tax administration and customer contact for business, corporate, and individual income tax for the state of Indiana. In this role, my duties are to are to ensure that all Indiana citizens are provided a fair, accurate and equitable ad valorem taxation process. This is achieved by striving to find continuous ways to improve our corporate culture, engaging other leaders in the department, as well as not being afraid to be at the forefront of change. My main duty is to provide solutions that exceed the bottom line via process design/ re-design, process management and process improvement all in our attempts to properly serve the public. I am very well versed in various facets of six sigma and detailed project management. I coordinate our annual budget formulation and I am responsible for all facets of financial analysis and statistical reporting for the department at large. I am very interested in a full- time position with Apple. I believe my financial and analytical business experience gained through my job with Alorica, my pursuit of a Bachellor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership at Indiana Indiana Institute of Technology, and my prior work experience in performance and operations positions places me in an excellent position to assist Apple in continuing to pave the future in the electronic world.
