I would like to apply for the HR assistant position.

I am excited to apply for this position because I admire the business Heinz does. Heinz is a global brand that I grew up with in all the parts of the world that I have lived in and have always associated it with high quality. Working for an international company that not only serves to deliver the best products to its customers but also promotes talent amongst its employees would be an honour for me.

I am a recent graduate with some prior experience in human resources, training, and management administration. Throughout my education I have always strived for success and i have acquired the right tools for the job. The work experience I have although short, gave me a good foundation as i was often trusted with big projects in my previous job. One of the biggest responsibilities assigned to me was to pioneer the implementation of talent management programme in the company. I am pleased to say that my input was indeed beneficial to the hotel. Through these experiences I learnt to be a quick thinker who is open minded, flexible and strategic. I would apply these skills in making sure the human resources department is effective and the companies goals are being succeeded.

I am a confident young lady with good people management skills. I believe in building long term professional relationships with both clients and employees. The combination of my fast thinking, creative, strong analytical skills, and motivation to excel will make me an asset to Heinz. In addition, I am flexible, very analytical and quick to pick up new skills with an eagerness to learn from others. I would like to further my international work experience and I hope this can be achieved by working at Heinz.
