My grades at Bocconi show fine prerequisites for finance, but mere facts written on paper are not as important as personality. A person should be able to solve the problem and cope with the pressure. The most prominent individuals in the world of investing never had nicknames such as the mouse or the fish. Those who have left their mark were the tigers, sharks and bulls, so called Big Swinging Dicks. If you want to exist in this business, there is no room for mistakes, you constantly have to fight and adapt to the new conditions. I fall into the latter category.

Why J.P. Morgan? After graduation, I see myself in a fancy suit. What does this suit represent to me? It is not about being well-dressed, it is about self-recognition and utilization of your abilities. You deserved that suit, your parents did not buy it. The focus in J.P. Morgan is on personal qualities and thus J.P. Morgan’s hierarchy is simple; if you are worth something, you will climb the ladder. I like challenges and I would love to tackle this fight and prove my qualities. Hence, I see Spring Week in JP Morgan as a springboard to the top tailors.
