Please accept my application for the Digital Media Specialist. The description for this position parallels my qualifications perfectly as a Creative Planner and experienced Customer Service Associate.

My social media experience comes from my job at the National Housing Trust where I communicated with customers via the phone, our live chat facility and our social media pages .I would participate in compiling information to be posted , conduct posting and do a monthly report on the activity on the page .

I currently hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing as a major and Economics as a minor. As the Sales and Customer Service Chairperson of UTECH Marketing Seminar 2014,I was a part of the Executive body that planned all events which included a Car Wash, Cookout, Community Service and the “Miss Biz Ad” Pageant. My strengths lie in my ability to speak publicly and make presentations, conceive and implement creative ideas, identify new market opportunities and initiate product and service introductions.

My energetic and positive personality allows me to work well with others while still displaying good work ethics and professionalism.
