5 sectors taken as a sample in each sector include 4 top performing companies in that sector

Analyzed annual growth rate, profitability ratio, leverage, debt and equity ratio, current ratio and firm size of both sector wise and companies wise.

Data is collected from websites, journals, newspapers, magazines, company annual reports etc.

• The relation between market value of the firm and its financial leverage varies between mid capitalization and large capitalization companies.

This project study attempts to analyse and find out the capital structure decisions with selected companies for 10 years from 2006 to 2015.
