I am a junior at the xx pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems. I am seeking an internship for the upcoming summer, and while researching opportunities, I discovered that your company offers internships in accounting and finance. My interest in business processes has prompted me to contact you about this opportunity. I feel strongly that my education, technical base, and leadership experience meet the requirements outlined in the job description.
As you can see from my resume, my management and leadership experience
included valuable understanding in communicating effectively and increasing revenues. I have also
taken many related courses, which I am certain will provide a strong theoretical foundation for

in this area. These courses include Accounting, Finance, Business
Process Management, and Data Management. My self-motivation and
independent work ethic, along with my aptitude for technology, make me a
good candidate for this position.
