The art form of today’s culture, whether it is in fashion, design or photography is one that is present in my life. Current fashion has always been at the forefront of my own style, ranging from the work of fashion houses such as Saint Laurent to starting companies such as Off-White. Travelling has also broadened my aspect on different types of art form. The work of Yue Minjun in Hong Kong has been one of the many highlights of art that I have seen. Above all, the work of Mario Testino is one that embodies significance; as accurately stated, “ Mario Testino turns models super”. His recent shoot with Kris and Kendal Jenner for Vogue was a powerful one, which pictures embodied ‘rock n’ roll’ with high couture fashion. This role is ideal to gain experience in this field; an aspect that greatly compels me and I believe to have the perfect skills sets to do well in this internship.
