I was excited to learn about an internship opportunity at Mindshare in New York as I feel it is the perfect opportunity for me. I am currently a student at The University of Michigan with a concentration in Communications and a minor in Economics. My focuses in these disciplines are media advertising and macroeconomic policy. Specifically, my interests have included the Federal Reserve, monetary policy, and advertising brands/effects.

Previously, I have worked a professional internship at CPX Interactive, an online advertising agency based out of New York City. As an analyst, my main responsibilities included researching potential clients, creating profit models for future clients, and running financial tests to make sure that our investments were profitable. Additionally, I was responsible for building revenue reports each day that would be sent throughout the company. I plan on using these skills and experience as I look to branch out into different sectors in business.

I have always had an interest in business and an internship at Mindshare is the perfect opportunity for me and notably, it has over 100 offices in 80 different countries. I have always wanted to work in many sectors of business internationally, and Mindshare is the perfect opportunity to do so. Additionally, during my time at CPX, I gained relevant intern experience and learned how to work in a professional environment. I directly contacted clients and worked in teams in order to achieve weekly goals set out by the company. With my prior work experience as a summer analyst, I believe that I would be a perfect fit for your data and analytics summer internship position.
