My draw towards a career at Morgan Stanley comes after attending an employability presentation and skills session at University, where I was made aware of the inherent lack of day-to-day routine, where every day is something different with its own set of challenges and goals; often requiring a radically different way of thinking from the previous day. It is this dynamism, crossed with a strong culture of trust, collaboration and dedication that I feel separates a position within Morgan Stanley and the people that work within it from industry peers. This culture is evidently continued beyond office-hours, engaging with local communities through a range giving back projects, notably the recent record breaking Global Volunteer Month. 

The evolution towards a position within Global Capital Markets comes following a natural progression of my undergraduate modules and work experience, focusing my selection of modules towards areas of enjoyment and competence, further developing my underlying knowledge of financial markets and institutions. Throughout my undergraduate studies I have pride myself on performing under pressure, maintain attention to detail and dynamism through a range of diverse situations and group projects; maintaining consistently high grades, individually and as part of a team
