I am writing in response to the position of Information Designer advertised on LinkedIn. As someone who is passionate about design, I would like to offer my experience and knowledge to your company.

Being a graduate in x, I developed critical skills in the interpretation and analysis of narratives and images. I also have a Master's degree in xx. Despite my scientific oriented education - that developed my attention to details -, I am equally fascinated by the arts and design. In fact, I have always been dubious as towards what I wanted to pursue as a professional career. This position presents the opportunity to still be able to develop my design skills, which I intend to complement with possible future studies in design/marketing.

I consider to be a creative person with an aesthetic sense. I've always been detailed and careful when it comes to presentations, resorting to computer programs such as Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and on-line tools such as Prezi, Emaze and Canva.Allied to my charm for aesthetics, I have experience in writing papers and delivering presentations, such as PowerPoints and posters, during my 6 years of academic studies. As such, I hope to be able to fulfill your requirements of professional experience. I am energetic, self-motivated and try to overcome challenges with initiative. At the same time I value teamwork and good communication, abilities I believe to have developed during my studies, internship, poster presentations and other activities.
I am also fluent in y, z and have a knowledge of f, which is certainly an asset to a company with an international dimension such as yours.
