BA is a full service global airline, which provides year-round low fares with an extensive global route network flying to and from centrally-located airports. With its wide range of services, there are potential expansion ideas that it can offer to BA. In particularly, PwC can offer legal advisory on merger with other airlines. This could potentially turn BA into one the world's biggest airline.

Several factors will come into play, such as the legal matters with European Commission, as well as other strong competitors in the airline industry. The airline industry, being a very volatile industry, will require PwC to find a strategic solution to adjust BA's financial position and allow it to become more competitive within the industry.
