Respected  Sir/Madam,

I am a final year student pursuing B.Tech in Engineering Physics at Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. It is with great enthusiasm that I would like to express my interest in the post of Associate at The Parthenon Group.

During my stay at college regardless of ending up in low CGPA, I have worked on a variety of projects which has set me on a path of continual learning, as I had to broaden my knowledge and drive into totally unfamiliar territories to succeed in each project. I found this to be challenging as well as enjoyable. Moreover, various challenges offered by consulting sector would be an ideal motivation.

I am looking forward to start my career with a firm that offers enormous potential for growthofits employees and variability from one assignment to the other, challenging one to learn continuously and master diverse areas of business. Additionally, Parthenon promises early exposure to gain responsibility and an international experience with exposure to different cultures and an opportunity to work with talented people from across the globe. For these reasons I would like to pursue consulting as a career option in Parthenon.

Besides being a major in Physics, I always explored opportunities in different fields. As a Core Team member of BAJA SAE IITD, an automotive engineering club to design and fabricate an All-Terrain-Vehicle, I learnt the art to approach practical solutions and greatly improved my technical and leadership skills. Having worked at all levels I understand the importance of being a team player and a leader and have learned to value different opinions and solve real life problems through application and perseverance.

My summer internship at King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, Thailand allowed me to gain foreign exposure and work in diverse cultural environment .It helped me to develop my communication & interpersonal skills and adaptability in different environments.

Personally I am a sportsman with a spirit of dedication and team work, I believe that my strong work ethic, analytical skills, have given me the requisite skills which are coherent with Parthenon’s values like integrity, pressing on social issues, long-term client relationships, individual insights and ability to create an impact on the society ( primarily in educational & health sectors). An opportunity to work with Parthenon will not only help me gain exposure to numerous real life business hurdles but also I will be contributing towards building a better working world.
