Recently, I have been working as a Research Analyst at Talent Capital, a talent consultancy firm that analyses global talent pools across the global marketplace. Being a small firm, I have been afforded a great deal of responsibility regarding the work I produce and client interaction which has significantly aided my development. During my time here, I have written a report for the talent acquisition team at Saudi Aramco, detailing recent M&As and IPOs in the oil & gas industry ahead of their forthcoming IPO. We were highly commended by the Saudi Aramco team in the UK for this report. My work, which includes writing reports and presentation creation, has developed my research, writing, presentation and client interaction skills, plus my attention to detail, and these will further progress going forward in this role. Additionally, my internship experience within an asset management firm has enhanced my knowledge of the global markets and taught me about forex trading, improving my analytical skills massively. I obtained this opportunity through perseverance and initiative, calling round many firms to get myself experience.

I feel, given my background working at Talent Capital, KAPSecure and ET Index, amongst others, I have a track record for assuming responsibility, being a pro-active self-starter, working independently and also in a team. Coupled with this, my strong analytical, communication and accuracy skills make me an ideal fit for a Summer Analyst position at Perella Weinberg. Further to this, the course I am currently completing shows me how to conduct a DCF valuation, something I wish to put into practice, in a real world situation at Perella Weinberg.
