Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to apply for the industrial placement position for investment that was advertised on your website. I would be very keen to work for your company because I understand that PPF is a very good organisation that helps hundreds of thousands of people and values every single member.
I feel like the modules I have studied (Business Economics, Probability and Statistics, Financial Maths) would be very beneficial for this position. Likewise, Matrices and computing module required me to work on Excel, Maple and R, improving my IT skills. And I achieved a First in my first year with an average of 89% demonstrating my strong numerical and analytical skills.
Playing basketball regularly has significantly increased my team working skills, which I believe is a valuable skill for this position. Also, my previous experience working at McDonalds would be of particular benefit for this position because my communication skill has greatly improved.
