Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my great interest, as a fresh Imperial College London Masters

degree graduate, in joining the Strategy& family as an Entry-level consultant. After

researching Strategy&’s vision and plans in the future, as well as discussing with

Consultant friends at Strategy&, George Badawi and Paolo Cachecho, I have come to

believe that Strategy& offers the perfect challenging, educative, and enthralling

environment that will equip me with the vital tools to succeed in the future. It will open

the doors for me to work in multiple industries including Healthcare in which I

specialize, therefore allowing me to develop a unique skillset for management consulting.

I fervently believe that my educational as well as professional attributes have so far

prepared me for the challenges that arise in the consulting sector on daily basis. To start

with, my work background spans multiple disciplines and has consequently shaped me

into a well-rounded individual with many fields of interest. I have developed a vast

experience in research in various areas of Natural Sciences that has made me capable of

working relentlessly for long hours while keeping high levels of determination and

perseverance to accomplish the task at hand. The three different research internship

positions that I have been selected for in different laboratories at the American University

of Beirut have equipped me with a vast set of skills that ranges from communicating with

fellow research scientists and finding solutions to the questions being tackled in the lab,

to analyzing problems in rational ways using the suitable analytical and reasoning tools.

Working in multiple laboratories at once established in me advanced senses of

organization, creativity, stress management, dedication and diligence that can be deemed

valuable in the modern consulting universe.

On another level, my experience in Model United Nations over the past few years, the

international conferences and numerous awards I have received, in addition to my role as

vice president then president of my school’s student council, the class representative

position at Imperial College London, alongside my several other activities have all

installed in me a unique sense of responsibility and leadership that I find necessary in the

world of consulting. I have furthermore developed knowledge and interest in IT and

coding following my Bioinformatics module at Imperial College London. Moreover, I

have adopted a treasured teamwork spirit from my involvement in playing basketball and

being team captain for several years. My volunteering activities, mentioned in my

attached résumé, have made me grow into a mature human being, with a different outlook

on life and a tailored approach to the difficulties it may impose.

Finally, given my academic background entailing an undergraduate degree in Biology

from the American University of Beirut, followed by a multi-disciplinary Masters in

Applied Biosciences and Biotechnology from Imperial College London, mixed with

numerous extra- curricular activities and multiple research internships, I would be truly

honored to embark on my career as a consultant at Strategy&, learning from the best in

the field.
