Americans love their coffee, and this fact is highlighted by the amount of waste generated from disposable coffee cups.
For example, in the US alone, over 16 billion disposable cups are used for coffee every year. This equates to over 6.5 million trees, 4 billion gallons of water, and 253 million pounds of waste.
Deliverables
Propose a plan to reduce this waste by 20% by the year 2018. Please include the following:
1) A detailed explanation of the plan itself
2) The specific steps necessary to carry out your plan
3) The strategy you'd use to market and promote your plan among coffee drinkers
